The city has always patched this area for many years, they could fix it already

I heard the costs for a brand new street is $1.2 to $1.6 mil. After many years of patching Reid ave. it is in bad shape, especially around the RR tracks. It should be completely redone from sidewalk to sidewalk, from 4th St to 21st St., not resurfaced but a brand new street. Get'er done!
