Hey Kate,
Looks like the Public Work's departments search terms did not match your issue.
I just clicked the button to notify them anyways.
Groton Public Works, would you mind just letting us know the status of this issue.

Ben, thanks for the help.
Apparently, I'm having trouble getting the right people notified. Can you give me some tips on that?
Also, I made some other reports that did not go to the right people because it turned out to be someone else's jurisdiction, and now I can't figure out how to add them to the notification list.

Hey Kate,
If you click on the issue link you will see that there are keywords for each watch area. If your issue falls within the watch area and does not match the keywords you can click the "notify watcher about this issue anyway" button.
I'll take a look at your other issues and see why they might not have sent. You can create a new watch area for an official by clicking the who's watching and following instructions from there.
I'll also add the keyword "sign" to Groton Public Works
