This is totally insensitive to the homeless population who don't have the luxury of a safe place to keep their minimal belongings....belongings used for survival no less...so sorry that the sight of food under a bridge upset you so much.

How about you ask why people are living this way and what led to their situation instead of complaining on the internet...totally heartless.

I now realize the error of my ways. Homeless encampments along the riverfront are the latest great thing in serving the needy. Instead of noting these a health and safety issue, we should be protecting the rights of people to live wherever they want in public spaces.
