Pothole

Pothole. I have pictures of 10 more that are as bad as these. This is just one block!

Agreed! I live on this block as well and now I'm starting to see mud on my shoes that has made it's way in my driveway from the alley. Potholes are huge!!!

I appreciate our city workers and hope we get a response to this case as soon as possible.

I have been able to slalom through to miss most of them for a long time but can't do it anymore. Please fix, thank you

Your concern has been received and forwarded to the Department of Public Works (CRS# 20020886127) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. This team has had problems with equipment breakage in regards to motor graders that break and need repair and may have broken again and back in the shop. Also members of the Alley Team are engaged in leaf removal services right now. Regardless, please know the the City of Richmond is endeared to addressing your alley repair needs as soon as possible and this case file is still under review and being continually monitored for servicing. Has an inspection taken place? If so, when did it occur?

While I recognize that there may be equipment issues and leaf collection (which seems more suited to the trash collection department than an infrastructure repair department), this alley is quickly deteriorating. Recent rains have created even more erosion and deepened the existing craters. This is beginning to make it an adventure to drive to my house, especially when folks have their trash out creating an additional level of obstacle. Who do I need to talk to in order to get this to move forward. I have to believe that road and alley safety are higher priority than leaf collection,

I just opened up another case on this alley issue... This is getting out of control!!!
