  I was driving down 38th and was at Nevil when a car started doing donuts as
  I was approaching. He had little control over his car and almost hit me. I agree this needs to be dealt with before someone is hurt or killed

  I agree with the above request and would add that this is a problem at the intersection of Lyon and 38th as well. The city needs to put in traffic islands or some other traffic safety method at both of these intersections so that cars can't do donuts at these intersections. It's a daily problem and is a safety hazard for everyone who lives in the area.

  I agree with the above request. I’ve called and written about the issue at 38th ave. and Nevil. An island needs to be put there. The city needs to do something because they have no problem taking our property tax dollars but we can’t get any service for it. VERY FRUSTRATING

  Isn't there an application to request a traffic circle? Similar to requesting a speed bump I think you have to collect a certain amount of signatures from the neighbors.
