Description

I have submitted work request, sent emails, called the office, and in-person office visits continuously regarding water leaks and mold. Inspectors, complex managers, and complex maintenance, have confirmed mold multiple times 3 rooms of my apartment. No corrective action is taken after confirming the presence of mold. I am continuously ignored, given the run around, or lied to when trying to follow up. Thank you for any possible assistance.
