Nevadan, now Arium apartments enforced that you have to pay $25 per month for underground parking. They do not have enough above ground "free" parking for residents to use with this new enforcement which is causing residents to have to break fire code by parking on the curbs to have a place to park. Should an emergency arise, I do not believe it would be possible for a fire truck to get to the buildings. The pictures were taken this morning but I have more from each night and morning where the issue is exponentially worse. This issue has been going on since last week when they enforced the gate for the underground parking and the complex is doing nothing to solve the issue. They also have landscaping taking up several parking spots although freeing up these spots still does not provide enough parking for residents.
