Description
The shed/garage behind 1409 Westbrook Ave is being used as a workshop/business. Whatever is being burned inside produces alot of smoke and smells awful. The smokestack is not as high as a regular chimney so the smokes wafts across neighboring properties. This is not acceptable in a residential area.
