This log dropped off the tree during normal weather conditions falling onto the sidewalk where many people walk in the neighborhood near brook st circle The top half of the tree already came down before leaving the trunk exposed and it is rotting out day by day Tree branches constantly falling down If this one had hit someone probably would have killed them right there needs immediate attention
