Opis

There is a deceased rodent on the sidewalk just outside the "New Ross County Wexford" park, pedestrian crossway over the highway. It has been there since last week. Every person coming to Hartford and parking in the lots there will be walking by this spot, and it is not a nice thing to have to pass.
