If you get see click fix notifications, I have had HUNDREDS since saturday the 22nd. Several areas still without power not only in the second ward but entire city. BWL is not taking calls/reports, line busy, hangups, and ignoring residents. The PR mouthpiece for BWL said any reasonable customer will understand and be patient during the restoration process.
Ms. Houghton, this is in your ward of the city, you along with all the at large members should be outraged at the response of our public owned utility in response to this area. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th, should be outraged for their areas along with the at large members for the people that you are supposed to represent. Shameful how unprepared the city is to respond. Just Shameful.
Kirk - I agree with you and hope that you can be part of the solution going forward. We are all trying our best and my first concern is to get everyone's power restored.

It would be helpful to post a current list for all to see, not just me. This isn't about me, it is about my neighbors in need. They need answers, empathy, genuine concern and response from those we not only elect but pay for leadership wages.

Kirk, thank you for speaking out for the community, it's great to see someone with knowledge on how to get peoples attention. My In-laws just got power and it was hard to see the kids not be able to play with there Christmas toys. Please keep up the good work.
