Thank you! I realize "Vandalize" is probably the wrong term. Its quite possible some kind of machinery accidentally scraped them off. and I noted today that at least one of the cases was where the reflector was a "double", which made me wonder if the second one hadn't been purposefully removed- but then, that would be odd to find pieces of it smashed all over the road, if its removal was deliberate. Anyway, thanks!

UPDATE: The Road Supervisor has advised that this most likely happened as a result of plowing. The reflectors will be replaced during the annual road striping process. However, a work order has been entered to clean up the pieces specifically on Koura and to check island wide.
