Mold continuously building up behind cardboard covering installed in the shower and along the left wall of bathroom, including where the sink is hinged by Atlantic Beacon Realty. Atlantic Beacon have been informed and only have sent someone to caulk the areas rather than fixing it. It is dangerously unhygienic and the Property Manager, Ed Maynes refuses to accept liability for the repairs, nor shows any desire to correct them.

12/27/2013 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City government online. Please understand this matter of fact, if you are a renter and you need to report questionable conditions within the rented property, you will need to dial Code Enforcement directly by phone at 804-646-6398 so that team can make arrangements to meet you (the renter) there in person to observe these interior conditions. The renter must be there to let the Code Officer into the property.
