Service Review: Currently still under review by the City of Richmond - this team has had problems with equipment breakage in regards to motor graders that break and need repair and may have broken again and back in the shop. Also members of the Alley Team are engaged in leaf removal services right now. Regardless, please know the the City of Richmond is endeared to addressing your alley repair needs as soon as possible and this case file is still under review and being continually monitored for servicing. These issues should not be closed in the City's Work Order System until the issue has been cured. I've been told since June that the motor graders are broken and in the shop. Residents on both sides of the alley are now trying to fill these incredibly deep holes them selves with oyster and other shells. The problem is damaging vehicles. Many residents along this alley park in their garages which are becoming more and more inaccessable. Close the issue once it has been repaired
