Theres no owner to this house. House caught fire,there was a squatter living there stealing electric from the back. city did come and boarded house up by request. The front basement windows are open, and just needs to be boarded up. Seems like someone came and opened them. My concern is for the safety of the little children who walks by here, knowing that theres a halfway house with strangers in the area. Can someone just please board up the front basement windows. Thanks. please note: no one owns that house, the owner passed years ago and house was occupied by a squatter for over 10 years stealing gas, and using an illegal electrial hook-up...and how the electric company never knew is beyond me.
