Not sure if this helps but this is the 1pm 12/28 update from LBWL

UPDATE - 1 PM SAT., DEC. 28
With assistance from other utilities and contractors, the BWL will have 18 line crews making repairs in the field today with additional line crews on their way. In addition, there are 12 tree trimming crew in the field today with 2 more on their way. Three Electric Service Worker crews and 9 spotter crews are also in the field today.

Line crews are working today, Saturday, to restore power along circuits in areas reflected by the following street intersections. These crews will move to other areas once repairs completed:

Grand River / Edgebrook
W. Saginaw / Carey
Pattengill / Barnes
Chieho / W. Saginaw
St. Joe / Canal
Cavanagh / Pennsylvania
Mt. Hope / Sunnyside
Northeast / Community
Old Lansing Rd. / E. Libby
Saginaw / Harrison

Approximately 3,000 customers are without power in the BWL service territory.

Unfortunately Boston/Mount Hope need to be listed and have not ever been on the list. Light still out of power and entire block behind it without (one side of Pingree, Wellington and Boston)

Day 7 and counting with no answers

I'm on Dover Pl and Wellington power is back on as of 7:05pm tonight 12/28! It made me cry I was so happy.
