As I previously stated, DPW was quick to remedy the storm drain so that no one would be injured but unfortunately, it is not fixed at all. The metal plate now completely covers the storm drain so that it is inoperable. Again, I assume this is a temporary fix but now that we are two months hence from my original complaint, I think enough time has passed to fix the problem. The storm drain is badly needed. I also note that about a month ago, apparently Dig-Safe came down and chalked out the utilities on that corner area. I figured the fix would then be pronto. Well, the chalk is fading and no fix. Could someone please fix this problem?

Still no movement on a fix to this sinking corner. the storm drain is just about covered with a metal plate. It appears that dig safe came down and chalked off locations of utilities but that was over a month ago.

This is caving in again on the corner. It is just a matter of time before we are back to square one. Also, the drain is now blocked since leaves and debris have colllected under the metal plate. I cannot clear them.
