I give up. What does it take to repair this? It's been reported. The city know it needs to be fixed since they destroyed it. I must be living in some third world country like Hairi

They finally fixed it. I had to contact councilman Schook's office twice, but it was finally completed. Then the neighbour down the street had the same thing -- water main fix -- and they patched his hole within a week. I wonder who he knows at city hall.
