The City does not enforce covenant restrictions of an HOA. It is suggested you take this issue to the HOA management.

I have been contacting the HOA since May trying to get this issue resolved without so much as a reply to my emails. Per Section 18-2 of the city ordinances it unlawful for any person to obstruct, in any matter, ANY street, sidewalk, alley, Crossway or private alley used by the public as a driveway. Since the HOA has ignored repeated requests to resolve the issue, I'm asking that the City step in and enforce their own ordinance
