Also, how about this crazy idea - use your turn signals for one thing and just because a vehicle is turning and you can squeeze by on the right, doesn't make it legal. I see so many people blow past a turning vehicle only to risk hitting another car or pedestrian. Ironically, you see them at the next light. They made no progress, but put people in danger. I've seen this in school zones, too! It's the "little" things that make the roads so dangerous. Sometimes you have to address those types of things to keep people in check.
