Partially repaired. Still a lot of debris on adjoining properties, a guardrail is needed. All of Bliley Road needs re-surfacing due to volume of traffic, mainly cutting thru neighborhood. At this rate, the current repairs won't last and the work needs to be evaluated to determine if it is adequate.
