Question:
According the the Public Works website, scheduling a bulk trash pickup must be done in person. But the office is currently closed to the public. So how are we supposed to schedule bulk trash pickups if we can't go to the office? And why doesn't the PW website contain that info, since they know that their office is closed? Maybe I missed something?

We have been in the office since Covid closure and have been scheduling Bulk Trash Appointments. We ask you to call 203-946-7700 and leave your name and number if we are busy with another resident and can't answer. The Department page on the city website covers what we are doing.
