I have just seen 4 snowplows driving the WRONG WAY up Willow St.!!
Doesn't the DPW know that this creates a very dangerous situation for drivers coming down the hill unable to stop?!?!
These roads are One-Ways because they are dangerous!! Why would the DPW drivers make it even MORE dangerous by going the wrong way?!

DPW is trying to clear the streets using the most efficient route.
Was this in the early morning ? They had said not to be on the roads so they could clear them without having traffic.
They know what they are doing.
I was out last night, and the salt trucks were out, still the roads were icy. The hills are a real dangerous place to try and drive.
Take it slow. If you can, use chains.
