Gentlemen family lives in a house next to this one.
He has tore this yard up with trash he has been in and out of the port a potty . Streaming trash all the way down the street.
Something has to be done . He also gos to active park and gos thru trash and throws it all over and poops near the park bench.
We have alot of homeless in the area but this guy is doing the most damage .
