People leaving West Lake and turning left onto East at a green light do not consider oncoming traffic at all...the light turns green and they just turn. This is wrong! Oncoming traffic is cut off and has to wait until the line of people goes when they really had the right of way.

This is often true but there are some people from Westlake who realize that people turning right out of The Farms have the right of way. Farms people also can turn right on red when there is no traffic coming down East Street toward 372.
The left turn signal would actually help the situation you are concerned about.

I can't count how many time i get stuck at this light for 2 or 3 light cycles. Left Turn signal needed really badly.

FIX THIS

Please fix this. I am sick of waiting 3 light cycles before risking my life to get onto this road. If any intersection needs an arrow its this one.
