Description
The traffic light in front of the Bethel Baptist Church serves no purpose except when school's in session or people are using the crosswalk out of the church or school. During other times it is constantly red for no reason. Can the light be green always except during the time school is in session and when someone presses the crosswalk button?

1460 stops (2 years) X 10 cars ( each time)=14,600 cars stop at the light. Someone needs to stop this air pollution.
