For several weeks, a hole in the center - where Larchwood and 45th intersect - has been marked with an emergency marker. The marker dissapeared a few days ago, but the hole is still there. Looks like a sizable hollow space underneath. Call the roads folks - to no avail.

Thanks for reporting the issue. You may want to follow up by posting a photo of the problem if it looks very serious. That way I think people are most likely to forward the issue along to their friends, local elected officials or area businesses to take a look.
Does Philly311 intend to investigate this?
