Description

House is falling down. Rodents everywhere! Weeds almost falling than the house. Property being used as a dumping ground. This property is constantly being reported but the only action received is maybe a yard cut or "case closed; no violations was found!" Clearly whoever inspecting can't see or, to lazy to look around the house, or no physical inspection is being done! Since this property is owned by the city you'll think it would've been torn down!
