As of today (8/26) this is only getting worse. These are not the type of homeless that deserve our compassion. These are criminals who strip cars and act like the own the place. I am tempted to get the CHP involved, as they take car theft rings very seriously, and take action more reliably than OPD.

Great idea ML92. But you know that our council members side with criminals, Bc they are criminals. Like Kamala Harris’ prop 47, you can steal up to $950 and only get a ticket, no jail time. And now Oakland does not allow criminal background checks for rental property, now your kids may live next to a criminal and you won’t have a say in it. Plus Newsom just released 8000 prisoners in the name of covid. All demo.crats, plus there’s a riot again tonight, BLM funding demo.crats.

It is insane. Any responsible citizen who has property in both a “shall issue” county and Oakland should work on getting their CCA permit and safety training. Crime is only going to increase with the lax enforcement, as I’ve seen in our area alone. They leave most homes alone around here, but NOTHING out on the street is safe from them.

These people near the corner of E8th and Fruitvale have blocked E8th lanes several times. They just laughed when I motioned to the green light. I’m starting to take Elmwood now just to avoid them. Again, anyone on foot is forced off the sidewalk by their mess.

I believe they are associated with the encampment along Alameda Ave. There is no more room there, so now they’re setting up anywhere that doesn’t have a business or residence out front.

They block the lanes the same there, and I’ve seen the same vehicles on E8th as over there. Some of these cars are surprisingly new and clean looking. But maybe when you pay zero taxes or rent, cash is plentiful. Such leeches.

Yes. It’s the homeless advocates “nonprofit” that takes our taxes (Oakland grants to them in millions, the CEO and employees get handsome salaries) and the rest use it for their headquarters and to buy used broken RVs, tents and sheds and direct them to Oakland public land where they settle permanently. Then ask Oakland for more taxes like measure q “clean up parks” and use it for the homeless to clean up the mess, that city of Oakland made using our own taxes! Taxes on taxes of corr.uption. Follow the money. Nobody talks about how the money is used.

The demo.crats trick people into thinking they will be the “solution” if only they can get more money. But look how the money is used? Absolutely inefficiently used. One homeless criminal from moms4housing is running for district 2 council member this Nov. she says housing is a right. Yes, so she has the rights to people’s labor, materials and land to create housing...she’s a straight com.munist!
