Why don't you get off your lazy duff and go volunteer to clean it up for them? If it bothers you that much do something constructive about it!

Instead of people complaining, why don't you go over and see if they need a hand? Pottstown used to be that sort of neighborhood town. Now? People try to embarrass people online or call code enforcement. You never know, maybe they're working multiple jobs, or there's illness in the family, or you may be right...maybe they're just lazy. The time you all take to "want this fixed" is the time you could take to reach out. Just sayin'.
