Description

Waste Management moving trash compactors at 5:20 this morning for Kroger. Decibel reading over 80 recorded. Why is this not done during the daytime hours? On top of the 24 hour HVAC noise Kroger avoids all of the noise ordinance regulations and our neighborhood suffers. Not a new issue though sadly.
