The right lane of southbound 5th Street over Byrd Street has had a "Road Closed to Thru Traffic" sign blocking the lane for several weeks now. Why is this? This intersection is already dangerous enough as the left turn lane is not properly labeled as left turn only. Now you potentially have 2 lanes of traffic converging within a very small space.
