tree growth from underneath the pavement/curb has pushed the curb upwards. when it rains, it collects storm water and attracts kids to the street to play in storm water. the bump in the curb also attracts kids doing tricks off of it with their bikes. this presents as a safety issue. it was like this when we moved in one year ago and the curb has been pushed up more as time has gone on.
