Description
The crosswalk signal at the intersection of 18th St and Broad is not functioning properly. It never turns to the walk signal, it stays stuck on the stop signal. It has not been functioning for about a week. There is no button to press to get the signal to change and before the signal would change automatically.

This situation with has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Signal Mgmt (20020925247) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
