Traffic is often clogged in the morning at the intersection of Old Airport Rd and 422. The first light turns green to allow you to cross 422W but then traffic is stuck at the 2nd to turn left onto 422E. It often takes 2-3 cycles of the light to make it through this intersection during the morning rush hour.
