Significant rat activity around Silva Park and surrounding properties. Can an inspection be done in the park for rodent burrows etc. and mitigated with bait stations if appropriate. Also someone is leaving grains and other household foods on the ground outside of the park. Not daily but occasionally. At times the trash barrels are overflowing with household garbage.
