Deskripsyon

Resident has constructed an illegal parking area off sidewalk and painted an "X" in front of it in street. Routinely drives over sidewalk near existing sewer to park his multiple vehicles. Non-residents think parking spot is not available. Contact with the 26th district has not worked.
