Description

The individuals occupying 228 S. Greer St. Memphis, TN 38111 are operating a nail salon from their home. There are always various different cars in front of the home. I observed the occupant of the house come out and tell a young woman that he wasn’t finished and she would have to wait in her car. Groups of women have been seen leaving this home and the work area can be seen from the street through the window facing the driveway. This is unacceptable as our neighborhood is not zoned for such activity.
