"Detour" and" Road Closed Ahead" Signs still
posted on Leadmine beween Mine Shaft and
Lynn Road on Leadmine although road is open

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Per Public Works: This is part of a resurfacing project for NCDOT. We have contacted Jason Holmes on and he can get the information to the appropriate personnel. We would think that they have finished the main work but still have punch list items to correct before removing all signs. If you would like to follow-up, please call Jason Holmes at (919) 733-4768.
