Description

This motorhome has been parked on the South side of the 4300 block of East 12th St for several weeks. They have completely filled the sidewalk with their belongings. It appears that several people are living in it - and has a lot of activity during the day. There are two other motorhomes/Campers within three blocks on East 12th Street. It is becoming an encampment. California License 406SJU.
This one has occupied the same spot for several weeks - it moved briefly when the street was paved. Please help us - this is our neighborhood
