Description

The owner of the Residence at 2788 Northcote has his drainage gutters going directly into our yard which is sloped downward. During moderqte to heavy rains it brings large amounts of water and dirt flooding our garage, inside our home, and our pool. This is causing damage during every rain storm. Due to the amount of water released and how quickly it travels it does not absorb into the ground and floods our home.
