Beschreibung
I have a city drain in my back yard that floods every time it rains. The last rain flooded at least 3 of my neighbors yards.
Also, it has standing water in the drain.
I am in 5620 A, on the left side of the duplex.
There is a white gate with no lock and no dog in the yard.
