Descrição
The new-ish lights at 101 Ave and 100 St do not provide sufficient time for pedestrians.
When crossing north-south, the total time is adequate but it only gives a mere 10 seconds of warning between walking man and solid hand. There is no way 10 seconds is enough time for an average person to safely finish crossing if they have just started.
When crossing east-west, the total time is not adequate. It's *just* barely enough time for me to cross at a safe pace, and I'm a tall healthy twentysomething with good winter boots. The short time is going to cause someone to slip and fall due to hurrying.
