throwing a meatball is not a better solution for this dog, he is outside for hours in rain and snow,thanks for the numbers for animal control, i am not a dog hater, besides waking my baby, i feel sorry for the dog, and if he stopped barking long enough i would give him a treat.

You live in a row home......what do you expect? You people crack me up....you act like you live in a single home and there should be no noise. Get a life!

I expect dog owners to take care of their animals and not leave them barking in the rain and snow for hours at a time,and my life will be better since I called animal control, by the way it worked because the dog has not been barking!!!!

Please call the SPCA and make a complaint- or give me the address and I'll do it.

the owners have taken more care in their animal, there has been a significant change in how long the dog is allowed to bark for. This site was very helpful in resolving this issue, I believe the owners have read all the complaints and have taken satisfactory action.
