This is an anonymous complaint about a homeless encampment that is building structures on the creek easment land between Fairfax Avenue and Brookdale Avenue in Oakland. This has been ongoing since March and they make construction noise at all hours, even in the middle of the night. I have seen suspicious characters going through the area as well and there may be drug dealing going on. It is a severe health, safety and fire hazard so please investigate. Thank you.
