Refer this to the business. It's not the City's business to provide bike racks to private establishments. If you want a bike rack at Pullen Park, or the Fire Station 5 right around the traffic circle, then I'm all for it. Not for a private business, however.

Yea. There are a lot of cyclist around that corner, BBT, oh, and the that school filled young people who bike all the time across the street. And there's a nice pay car lot there, some change from that should be able to pay for the bike rack I should think.

How expensive are the bike racks? The PR could probably foot the bill. Maybe a PBR can. Hey - maybe the beer makers could foot the bill.
