Ok ..so today (7-21-2020) caught em in the act. Black RangeRover (couldn't get license plate) in the MIDST of illegally dumping ..I pulled over to the side to get the picture and he saw me. what ensued was a 10 minute aggressive car maneuver where he tried numerous times to run me off the road; "You got a problem!!?? YOU GOTTA PROBLEM??" At one point he tried to pretend he was reaching for a weapon. Since I didn't have mine on me (won't happen again) I left. But his illegal dumping is still there!!
