Description

The recent repaving of Spain down to one lane has created a HUGE, dangerous traffic nightmare right around the time that Eisenhower MS parents are dropping off and picking up their children. I imagine that it's tough at 7 a.m. as well as Eldorado traffic leaves for school. Post watchers and you will see how people are frustrated that they can't get the light to go straight, that the left turn lane is backed up to Carruthers now, that no one will let people turn left (north) across traffic. Once an accident occurs there, the city's liability for a poor choice to create a hard line bike lane will be high.
