I've been complaining about this for several years. There are multiple doubled utility poles throughout Somerville. This one is down street from my house. This is against state law, but nothing seems to ever be done. I have a chainsaw, can I just cut it down myself? Start fining them $500 a day, and maybe they'll do something about it.

Hi Jered,
Thank you for contacting the City of Somerville about your concern with this double utility pole. I have spoken to our engineering dept and highway dept asking them to contact the utility companies to remove the double pole.
