Thank you for quick response to filling in the potholes I/F/O 195 Bridge Rd. However, for whatever reason the potholes have reopened and the same situation has occurred ,resulting in terrible road conditions once again.Please reopen this case [80712] and dispatch a crew ASAP.Also ,could you instruct the crew to fill in ALL the potholes in this section of roadway at aforementioned address. For your consideration -Thank You.

A DPW crew has been dispatched again to the above location. The reason many potholes are re-opening is due to the harsh freeze/thaw cycles we have been experiencing this winter.
